Purpose of Study
You may have heard mention in the media of different generations such as the Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Generation Y (also known as the Millienials).  Although there has been a lot of speculation  about how careers have changed in the last 50 years, and how they continue to change, there has not been much actual research on how careers are shifting in Canada.  Accordingly, this study investigates generational differences as they pertain to career dynamics such as career paths, expectations, and attitudes.

Primary Research Questions
1. How are careers changing from one generations to the next?
2. How are people’s career expectations changing across generations?
3. How are people’s career priorities evolving?
4. What are the impacts of gender, cultural background, region, and other demographics on the changing nature of careers?
